We offer insured express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipping can take 5-7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for a full refund and a 14-day exchange period, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and certificates intact. Custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, every purchase includes a one-year manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in craftsmanship but does not include coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
